For those intersted in the technical data:-
The product is manufactured from coconut shells, and is bonded with starch, the same as all briquettes are. The charcoal is mixed with Barium Nitrate and Sodium Nitrate which gives it, its ignition abilites (burning aid agent)
This product complies with South Coast Air Quality Management District Rule 1174.
Ref. Our CO2 test showed:
After 5 min after 15 min after 30 min 2.76% 3.33% 2.49%
There are many positive aspects to this launch;
- The product is made for the Cobb - fits into the fire chamber and contributes to the Cobb culture of quality efficiency and convenience.
- The "Cobble Stone" does not crumble like the normal briquette, generally stays in one piece and therefore there is far less ash floating about. The "Cobble Stone" is much cleaner than conventional charcoal.
- The "Cobble Stone" is a product that users will buy again and again giving you repeat sales.
- For the eco concious, the coconut shell is a renewable source with each "Cobble Stone" being packed separately, the moisture will not penetrate and the shelf life is substantially increased.
